Android bot office has kindly provided us with this tablet for testing, however, it hadn’t been taken out of the office, but we have tried to capture all its most interesting features in this text.
Positioning
The Google Company pursues several goals by the release of this tablet. The first is to set new price and technical framework for budget devices. Judge it yourself: how many tablets with HD-screen and tetracyclic CPU now cost $ 200? They can’t call any single one. The second goal is the release of some kind of technical platform for demonstrating the Jelly Bean and the other new versions of Android on the tablets. Acer iconia tab a701 review
Acer continues its expansion on the tablet market. After launching Iconia Tab A200 (updated A500 version) and A510 based on NVIDIA Tegra 3, the company has announced A701 and A700 models. These models represent particular interest: they are the first Android-tablets with Full HD screen. Here and further in the article Full HD refers to the screens that are able to play video with 1920×1080 resolution.
However we should admit that none of the two mentioned tablets is has come in the retails yet (during the presentation July was announced). That’s why the situation when Huawei could leave behind Acer is possible: the launch of Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD with Full HD screen is planned for July (manufacturer presented the new tablet to the press in the mid May).
There is no doubt that in the second half of 2012 we will see the whole range of tablets with Full HD screen. After The New iPad tablet manufacturers have nowhere to go but to make a better quality product in order to compete with Apple (or at least of the same quality but significantly cheaper). Positioning
Asus wasn’t the first to offer the market module system made of Android tablet and a keyboard. This table is a kind of laptop alternative when you can take the upper part with you and leave the rest on the table. At the same time those who prefer keyboard will receive it together with additional battery that can increase active time. It seems to be a safe choice from the first sight. Unfortunately Asus is the only one manufacturer who succeeded on this market.
Even in this case the first supply of Asus Transformer can be hardly called successful: it appeared at the beginning of April when the market could not give the right sales volumes figures for Android tablets. As a result 400 000 of devices were supplied in the second quarter of the year instead of planned 300 000. In the third quarter of 2011 partners reduced supply orders and company dropped down manufacturing volumes to 10 000 per month; this measure helped Asus to avoid overstocking in the warehouses and not to participate in sales of the devices at giveaway prices as HP did with TouchPad and RIM with its Playbook.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 review
It would be logical to review the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 compraning it with the usual first version Galaxy Tab. What is worse than the first version of the second? We will compare the two models with screen sizes 10.1.

It is strange, size of the first version of the Galaxy Tab is better than the size of a second version.
